On-Site Practice Evaluation:

This 1-2 day in-office evaluation includes:

Complete written report of all findings and recommendations
30 day unlimited question/answer contact via phone & e-mail following office visit
Current year fee schedule zip code analysis
Additional materials needed for practice efficiency and complete record keeping
30 day follow up call from visiting consultant for accountability and questions

*This is a very interactive program. It is recommended that all doctors and staff participate.

These consulting programs include:

Forms and paperwork that may be needed will be provided
Unlimited phone/e-mail question & answer
Inclusion in TPR’s monthly e-mail newsletter
Scheduled accountability and follow-up calls with consultant (scheduled calls will be a minimum of once monthly)
Accountability records and call notes will be sent from TPR
Free access to TPR monthly webinars

Designed for practices with research or minimal training needs.
Upon practice request consultant will provide data and/or conduct research for questions and issues that practices encounter but don’t know where to find answers or help.
Flexible program as Q & A requests can be handled by telephone or e-mail
